Østergro Rooftop Garden
While abroad at DIS in Copenhagen I was in a Graphic Design studio. This was my second studio project for that course. We were told to create a new visual Identity for a rooftop garden in Østerbro in Copenhagen. The following is the visual identity I created!
For this project I did a lot of work in my sketchbook, it helped me a lot through the process to draw and explore my ideas. I think that my sketchbook almost better represents the project than the final products.
Logo & Typeface
This is the final logo I created, and with it I created a handwritten typeface to go with the identity. I did a a regular and a bold version and also included special characters and numbers. The typeface is an important part of the identity because it will be recognizable, and it is paired with Open Sans for a lot of the body copy.
Deliverables
Along with creating a logo and visual identity some deliverables were required to show how it would work. I created t-shirts, boxes, menus, building identification, juice and honey designs and other paper items.
